Ok so I'm going to make a malifaux table, its going to be a 3x3 with a western theme, It's going to go from cannons into a small town to desert.
for starters i took my 1st 40k table I made from an old entertainment center, but I was 8" short of a 4x4 so I just us it as supplmental purposes. Going to flip them over and build a 3x3 malifaux table that breaks in half
I first marked out a 3x3 then masked out the 3x3
Then I cut out some simple terrain bits using pink foam, I have four edge hills, and then some rock out croppings, going to try and find some desert shrubs, cactus, yucas for the other part of the board.
a little closer view of the rock croppings, and a overveiw of the board in the middle i'm going to place a small groups of houses, found at hobby lobby, goign to add some hooby stick siding and some paint should look pretty good.
I had to sand down the area where the sand is going to go so that the glue will stick but leaving a nice area left for the cards, drinks, figs etc. WIP
1st sand applied then a quick clean up and a second app of sand to missed areas
Got the sand down and the masking tape off looks good. Then I gave it a base coat of color, that I had laying around from the house.
This is a water tower build for malifaux I just threw this together, do far do good!
Some building me and my daughter are making just adding detail to the cardboard house I got at hobby lobby!
Some garage sale buys turn into terrain two trees I got in a set of kids army set on some poker chips and painted with some rope grass and a Skeleton form somewhere washed and dry brushed.
New malifaux table I decided since I dont play 40k much I'd use it as a Malifaux board
